Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival 2025

Across June 20th, 21st and 22nd, Life’s a Beach returned to Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival for the third year in a row!

The festival has been running since 2008, making this year the 17th show. There were many fantastic exhibitors ranging from food and drinks to crafts and kitchenware. A massive shoutout to Mrs. Tita’s who kept us energised with delicious iced coffees, and our pitch neighbours Piston Distillery who kept us occupied with their gorgeous pup!

Life’s a Beach were proud to be the sole water station at the show, keeping thousands of people hydrated across the weekend. We were very lucky to have amazing weather, with temperatures reaching 32 degrees! It was lovely for the sun to bless us with its presence, but it did make for an extremely hot weekend, which made our water refill stations very popular! We kept visitors and exhibitors hydrated throughout each day, with free water for everyone.

Not only did we keep everyone hydrated in the summer heat, but we also saved thousands of plastic cups and bottles from going to landfill, by offering the option to refill them! This supports our mission to reduce single-use plastic pollution, by encouraging people to reduce and reuse!

We had a great time to talking to people about our charity as they refilled, raising awareness about proper recycling, avoiding single-use plastics, and plastic pollution on our beaches and oceans. We shared insights into our beach cleans and Waste Less Schools Initiatives, with several teachers wanting to book us to visit their school!

We also had our amazing reusable product range on sale and were able to provide many people with reusable water bottles to use across the weekend! We even sold out of the pink colourway which has now been discontinued making it a Life’s a Beach artefact!  Our reusable cutlery sets were also a favourite, particularly with people eating at the food stalls, and some people purchasing them for work and/or camping!

After three hard days we were pleased with the success of the show! We were able to spread the work of Life’s a Beach and save thousands of single-use plastic from going straight into the bin. Thank you to everybody who stopped by our stand, refilled a bottle, asked a question, brought a product, or even just flashed us a smile!
